Self-Compassion IN ACTION
It will take some practice to get in the habit of being kind to yourself.
Practice #2: A great way to counter critical thoughts.
When you notice that you are judging or criticizing yourself…
Simply say, “I forgive myself for judging myself for ______”.
Example: I forgive myself for judging myself for not doing this sooner.
Give it a try for a few days.
