Releasing Self-Doubt
If it’s serious and you need help, there’s no shame in getting help.

Self-Doubt is: Sometimes overwhelming & negatively impacting your well-being.
It can impact your mental and physical health and keep you from thriving.

Silence it: Get support from a coach or therapist.

Most of us occasionally experience self-doubt related to a decision we need to make or when we question our ability to master something we’re trying to learn. It’s only a problem if it becomes debilitating and affects our daily functioning or negatively impacts our performance in one or more areas of our lives.

There’s no need to suffer alone. There are so many people ready and willing to listen, create a space in which you feel understood, and help you become more confident in yourself and your abilities.

And, if you don’t know where to start, ask a trusted friend to help you find the right resource.
